My style of practice is person centred counselling with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Person Centred Counselling is about the three core conditions of Unconditional Positive Regard, Empathy and Congruence. It is very much based around listening and in this way helping you find your own way. Sometimes something a bit more practical is needed and this is when Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is useful. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has a number of tools counsellors can use to help you change they way you think and as a result how you feel.

I am based in Fingal,North County Dublin covering areas such as Balbriggan, Rush and Lusk and Swords
